Leadership

ICCF unites visionary conservation leaders who understand the necessity of linking the public and private sectors to meet ambitious goals and who have the know-how to bring together funding, expertise, and relationships to make an impact in meeting global ecological and development challenges.

Founder
David Barron brought together conservation leaders from both sides of the aisle in the U.S. Congress to formalize policymaking commitment to international conservation in the ICC. He continues to exercise responsibility for ICCF's direction and recruit new members into the International Conservation Caucus.

Board of Directors
Comprised of dedicated conservationists with solid experience in international policymaking, the ICCF Board of Directors oversees the mission and work of the organization.

Congressional Advisory Council
ICCF's Congressional Advisory Council is comprised of a bipartisan core of prominent legislative veterans who are concerned about the U.S.'s role in ensuring the sustainable management of natural resources. Together, they forge a strong bridge between leaders outside of Congress and those within, enabling our partners to effect change around the globe.

Board of Governors
The Board of Governors consists of influential leaders in sustainable development who aggressively support nationwide discourse on America's role in international conservation and lend their advice and counsel to ICCF on a broad range of programmatic and engagement matters.

Senior Staff
ICCF's Senior Staff oversee the daily activities of the organization and are firmly committed to ensuring that ICCF continues to expand its programs, missions, and global impact.

"There is no lack of a
challenge here. But there is
one thing for sure and that is
that this earth is finite, there
is only so
much land, so much
air, so
much water. The more
we degrade the less we have
in terms of human existence
on the earth."
